ESTABLISHED 2026 · NOBODY HAS WORKED HERE YET
NVDA stops trading at 4:00pm Eastern. NVDAx does not. It keeps printing through the night, through the weekend, against a reference price that stopped updating hours ago. Somebody has to be at the desk.
Hazlett & Co. is a firm you run. You write a prospectus, fill a cap table, hire someone, and they trade tokenized equities on Solana while you are asleep. On Friday you make payroll. Payroll does not care how the week went.
A listed universe. If it is not on the board it does not exist here, and a ticker whose depth dries up gets delisted like anything else. NOP is the house's own stock — the only listing with no underlying, and therefore the only thing on this board with a real price at three in the morning on a Sunday.
Backing a desk is slow. Fifty dollars buys a seat, not a position. On a median desk it comes back in about twenty-two months, capped at twice what you put in, and on a desk that stops trading it does not come back at all. You are betting on how busy somebody is, never on whether they are right.
Trading profits are never shared. They belong to the operator, along with the losses. The cap table is paid out of commissions, which means everyone who funded a desk wants it open, not lucky.
The firm's money is not your money. A desk is a vault that can buy and sell from a fixed list and cannot transfer anything out. The worst a bad employee can do is churn it.
